How do I order a reading?

To purchase a psychic chat or email reading, please click on their respective pages in the Services drop down menu at the top of the page. If you placed an order for a psychic chat reading, Hannah will contact you within 48 hours via email to set up an appointment time. Please make sure to check your spam or bulk mail folder to ensure that her email did not get filtered into that folder by your email program. The online psychic chat reading will either take place in her site’s chat room or by phone. If you’ve placed an order for an email reading, please contact Hannah with your questions. Email readings are usually completed within 3-4 days from receipt of purchase.

What are Hannah’s hours of availability for chat readings?

Hannah is available for chat readings Monday through Saturday from 2 pm – 11 pm EST. Please note that pre-payment is required to secure an appointment time slot. 
In order to make sure that your preferred date can be fulfilled, please contact Hannah with a couple of time slots that work for you to connect for a chat reading and she’ll coordinate a time that works for the both of you.

What if I’d like an appointment time outside of Hannah’s normal reading schedule?

Hannah understands that international clients living in different time zones or clients who have hectic schedules may require a time slot outside of her normal business reading hours. To accommodate those requests, please send Hannah an email to check on her availability for the particular day and time you’d like the session for.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment time?

When you schedule a reading appointment, that time is set aside especially for you. Because of that, Hannah does require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the date of your appointment to reschedule. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email her to make arrangements. Giving her at least 24 hours notice allows her to schedule other clients that are waiting for the next available appointment.

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Hannah does have a strict no-show policy. If you have a scheduled appointment and just don’t show up, your fee for your appointment will be forfeited. A new appointment time will only be provided after you place an order for a new reading. Thank you for your understanding.

What happens if I’m late for my appointment?

Due to other clients being scheduled around your session, Hannah must stick to the time slot provided to you. If you arrive late, She will only be able to read for the amount of minutes remaining in your session. So please arrive on time to make the best use of your time together.

How do I pay for a reading?

Hannah joyfully accepts all PayPal payments on her website.

What types of readings do you do?

Tarot & spanish playing card readings for issues around your love life, family and work relationships, career and money. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, just shoot her an email and she will let you know if it’s something that can be answered in a session.

What do I need to provide in order to get the best reading experience?

Because a session may combine spiritual guidance with tarot or spanish playing cards, she will require the full birth names, birthdates, and physical descriptions of yourself, as well as those you are asking about in the session, along with your questions. Please include any background information or details that may be relevant to your story or situation.

Do you do phone readings?

Yes! Phone readings are available by appointment in english and spanish.
